[Ep. 14 Hot Challenge: Carbo Buldak Risotto Recipe]
❤🔥 Ingredients
- Carbo Buldak
- 1/2 bowl of cooked rice
- 200ml water
- 100ml milk
- Sausage (optional)
- Cheese (optional)
🧑🍳 Recipe
1. Without opening the package, crush the Carbo Buldak noodles into smaller pieces.
2. Add the half bowl of rice and the crushed noodles, then pour in all the sauce packets in a microwave-safe container.
3. Pour in 200 ml of water and 100 ml of milk, give it a good stir, then microwave for 3 minutes.
4. Add any toppings you like, then microwave for another 3 minutes. Done!

1. 까르보 불닭볶음면 봉지를 열지 않은 상태에서 면을 잘게 부셔줍니다.
2. 전자레인지 조리 가능한 용기에 밥 1/2공기와 면을 넣고 소스를 모두 부어줍니다.
3. 물 200ml와 우유 100ml를 요기에 부어 잘 저어준 후 전자레인지에 3분 돌려줍니다.
4. 취향에 따른 토핑을 추가한 후 전자레인지 3분 추가 조리하면 완성!

Just want to say thank you to Brian and Joon for what they said to Jake at the end. He’s someone that is really positive and is always trying to be there for the other members and tends to even put his feelings second to everything else. I hope he realizes that it’s okay to let his emotions out cause it’s not good to bottle up everything cause like joon said “it will explode.” anyways thank you for this episode cause i loved seeing jake so happy and having fun🥹
Thank you so much! This was literally what I was thinking! In Year 12 I lost my friend to self-harm and literally a week later my grandma out of nowhere passed away from a heart attack. Coincidentally, it was my first time experiencing grieving. So like to this day, I am still so shocked I got this kind of experience for my first time. I couldn't greive enough for my friend cause all of a sudden we were on the next flight to India.
All of this happened during the final semester of school so we were applying to Uni's, making sure we are studying well to keep our ATAR up. I was in India for a month so as soon as I came back, I was back to studying and catching up on what I missed. I declined all kind of counselling and teachers offering support. I used to do what Jake did and bottled in my emotions for so long that one day during revision for final exams, I got a question wrong and just began to cry out of no where. No one could console me and I just couldn't stop. It came to a point when I began to have a panic attack and hyper-ventilate.
So I know from experience, how bad it is to bottle up feelings and stop yourself from being sad. I am now in my 2nd year of a degree in Social Work so I could help teens who are going through these kinds of feelings. I am so sorry! This became a life story but I just wanted to share my thoughts on this. I am hope from now on, Jake will stop bottling his feelings up and let himself cry every now and then... He needs to understand it is ok for his feelings to be seen. I truly appreciate Joon for saying those things to Jake. it felt like a father comforting his son. He basically said the words I wanted to tell Jake. So thank you Joon!

One of my many favorite moments is the last part where they gave advice to Jake and he was listening and making eye contact like a puppy and really absorbing the words he’s hearing is making me emotional but then suddenly Joon made a joke and it made the atmosphere light. Knowing Jake, he likes it fun and just happy. I believe he’s doing just great and taking care of himself as well. So proud of him. I hope you invite him again next time!
