It doesn't matter from where you have done your mbbs. If you wish to practice abroad you'll have to clear exam of the medical council of that country. For eg if you wish to serve in USA you'll have to clear USMLE.

If you'll take job in hp then you'll have to sign the bond. Otherwise there is no compulsion to serve in the state after doing MBBS
