Following the bloody escape from the House of Batiatus, the gladiator rebellion descends upon the Roman Republic. Gaius Claudius Glaber and his troops are tasked with crushing the rebels, and Spartacus must choose between avenging the death of his wife and making sacrifices that will keep his army together. I believe Melitta will escape the ludus along with Gannicus, and then we'll meet with both of them in Spartacus: Revenge, for it's commonly accepted Gannicus was one of the slave leaders.

@dixchic Gannicus was one of the Leaders of Spartacus's Army after the revolt so its safe to assume he is still alive even after Gods of the arena! What I want to know is where did he go?! Sold to another Ludus? or sold to the mines?!
God if only this prequel was longer >.
I heard there were only 6 episodes, I think Battiatus is going to kill his dad and that guy that pissed in his face some how, I like the character, very clever. I can't imagine either Doctore killing his wife, and what about Gannacus? He loves her too, this show is great, I loved blood and sand, I thought the prequel would suck but it's gotten pretty good except them turning the house into a sex slave house, that's messed up.Can't wait to see what happens!!!
