I needed such a video. I saw some videos available on RUclips but their accent went over my head. You hv a command over English & Hindi as well. So you cn use Hinglish in your videos for the benefit of common People.

Mam kya vocal rest hote hue bhi koi bhi exercise kar sakte h kya
Yes physical kar sakte ho but avoid weight lifting, yoga and stretching and light cardio is best
