One that has always gives me a chuckle was from Astonishing X-Men #7. When the Thing and Wolverine are talking and the Thing ask "Didn't they come up with a cure for your kind?" Wolverine then asks "You got a problem with Mutants?" to which the Thing says "I meant Canadians".

Not only did Wolverine completely embarrass Venom, he may or may not have played a part in converting Venom from Villain to Anti Hero. Either way, Logan messing with Venom is a win of the highest degree!

@XTRA V1CI0US not only does "Plot Armor" not apply here, as it was a VENOM comic book that this fight happens in, Wolverine regularly fight people like Venom (like the hulk, who he even mentioned during the fight) all the time.

With all due respect to The Hellfire Club, my first "iconic" Badass Wolverine issue was The X-Men story, "Rescue Mission". Wolverine went on a one man rampage against The Brood Army of "Sleazoids" to help his teammates escape Broodworld.
For me (comicswise) it was The Savage Land (Wolverine VS Sauron which also had a fuckload of Dinosaurs that he killed to make a fucking ladder TO CONTINUE THE FIGHT!)
Venom: We have felt pain you can't imagine. We f*cked up Spiderman! Who are you?
Wolverine: wow...You made Spiderman sad? Congratulations. I stabbed the Hulk last week.
Me: Oh, Snap!
Venom: hahah yea so..
Wolverine: and survive..
Venom: ohh right this way.

That came to my mind. Then again They did acknowledge his first appearance; though not stating the year. Perhaps they are calculating, from when his own issues started, going back to 1982? I am not familiar with said issue but if Wolverine did not say any "zingers" to or "humiliate" Hulk, the 40 years might be accurate.

Don't forget when Logan decided to take a page from Creed(who paid a visit to Logan on his 'birthday' to beat him up) and paid a visit to his rouges whenever they gathered to beat them all up.
It's why he said, "happy birthday" when he killed Sabertooth in the instance in the video.

Imagine a ball of metal about the size of a canon ball hitting you with the maximum force a human can punch, except said human doesn’t mind breaking his knuckles. Already bone shattering, it is directed with absolute precision to your weak point.

Wolverine is one of the best anti heroes in marvel comics history.
The fact that wolverine can keep up with Spider-Man Hulk and venom is crazy
He often gets lucky with the Hulk. In his own words, getting punched by the Hulk is an experience. At first, he feels nothing. The pain comes as the metal of his bones stops vibrating from the impact and all his organs begin to rapidly heal. It's at that point he realized he wasn't fighting a man, but a force of nature. An act of god in ragged purple pants.

Wolverine punching Cyclops never stops being funny to me.
My favorite "Wolverine humiliates someone" is during the Madripoor/Patch storyline when Gray Hulk (Mr Fixit) shows up in Madripoor, and Patch basically manipulates the hell out of Fixit to get him to defeat the bad guy he was sent to help. Hulk doesn't quite put together that Patch is Wolverine until the end when Hulk, sick of being manipulated, punches Wolverine at full strength, perhaps knowing that "Patch" can't be permanently hurt.
But Wolverine gets his own back, as always - he arranges a flight back to Vegas for Hulk, going the opposite direction Hulk wanted and the issue ends with the plane flying into the most beautiful sunrise....

Wolverine is the best Marvel character, IMO. He was the main reason I started collecting X-Men comics and was OBSESSED with the animated series. It's still one of the best comic television series, up there with Batman

My personal favourite was Juggernaut challenging Logan when he realised his error he couldn’t run fast enough!
Since Disney now airs the what if series; let's introduce Wolverine by using the what if infinity war story from the comics.
I also think Wolverine using Caps shield was a callback in one story in which Logan and Steve teamed up to take down the red skull. Those two were war buddies from WW2. I think there was an episode from the X-men animated series showing their team up.
I love Venom I found it funny how wolverine said that beating up spiderman was no promlem and walked away

You left out 2 parts in Logan vs the samurai. He said "only way to kill a Samurai is to take his hands" then let him stab him. He also had to eat his own bicep to have enough energy to heal his wound from the sword that impaled him
that doesnt even make sense,cutting of a bicep to have enuf energie to heal,that just gives you more wounds to heal which kind of beats the whole purpose but oke writters logic i gues? wolverines healing isnt depend on how much energie he has,he ones tracked down mysteque in the desert not sleeping or eating for 4 days and he fought her and had no problem with his healing factor,so that kind of stuf is just puurely because of a writter.

as a wolverine fan growing up, the xmen animated series made it so that i never ever liked cyclops lol. I always thought he was annoying and a prick and when my boy wolvie dropped him with a gut punch i cheered. I still remember the quote right after, "Next time, ill use THESE" and he shows him his claws. Cyclops can suck it.
They really made Cyclops a stuck up jerk in that cartoon... but then they also made Wolverine get hurt easily and smell verything, like he had super scent instead of healing factor.

I played the PS2 Ultimate Spider-Man game and loved it, it's so underrated.
I didn't care for it. The chase segments infuriated me. Especially when you had to chase the Green Goblin.
Besides the racing and chasing, was a choice af game for the time - great style too
In the Garth Ennis serious of Punisher, Frank shits on Wolverine all the time. Calls him, The Rat. Parked a fucking Steam roller on him. Calls him short, stupid. But then again, the rule of comics is, who ever is on the cover is the winner.

In Ultimate Spiderman, Wolverine got stomped by Venom in a barfight.
In a 90's Spiderman/Batman crossover Joker humiliated Carnage multiple times. Joker told Carnage he's barbaric and lacks any sense of style or theatrics or cleverness in his killing. This caused Carnage to attack Joker in his own hideout, Joker escaped through a hidden hatch and proceeded to bring down the entire building on top of Carnage with wired explosives.
The finale had Joker threatening to unleash a deadly airborne virus. With Carnage, Spiderman, Batman, and himself at ground zero. Carnage freaked out so badly over this he lost control of his symbiote and Batman pummeled him unconscious.
Yes, back when Carnage was afraid to die. Not sure when they changed that.

Why do people keep calling the Marvel version of Death "Lady Death"? Yes, Marvel's Death may be a woman, but she's not Lady Death. Lady Death is an independent character created by Brian Pulido and published in Chaos! Comics. She was one of the faces of the "Bad Girl" trend in comics, and she got her own anime movie. She's still being published, by Avatar Press.
