So I tried to tape it with some painters tape I had (it probably adheres differently than masking) but the painters tape didn’t stick maybe the masking would have applied best 😁 thanks for the tip ! 😃
Why not turn pumpkin hole over to a table the spray so over spray doesn't go inside. Do most of it the way it. Stuff wad of wax paper paper into it then plastic wrap or pepper towel over it. No....if you cut them out then spray that over spray will move inside to hit your gold. 😂

When painting the outside of the pumpkin black just turn the pumpkin upside down and you won’t have to worry about paint getting on the inside. 😮
