Honestly it was an impulse buy. I was at GameStop, saw "Gran Tourismo 5", and was already at the counter with a receipt in my hand without even thinking. It wasn't until I got home and played it for about 3 hours that I realized it wasn't the final game. And THAT is how much I love the GT series. I see. I buy. I play.

I used to go over to my friend's house just to play this game as I didn't have a Playstation 3. I didn't like intro song much because it's slow, but over time it grew on me to the point it's nostalgic.... I miss those days.
The best intro out of the European and Japanese intro. This one is more beautiful and the way the Gran Turismo 5 Prologue sparkles and fades into the screen at the end takes it away. The best one out of the three.

My favorite car was the Nissan Skyline coupe 370 GT and it was red. When I used to play this years ago, I would watch this and get goosebumps on the slow motion part where it would show my car (Because I thought I was the most skilled experienced person on the planet and everyone knew who I was with that car and you didn’t wanna mess with me, made me feel legendary basically the way the reflection went over the car. I basically lived in my own little imaginary world lol. But it was cool, it was very fun and until now, I have completely forgotten about it. I uncovered a part of my childhood.) I also liked to get in front of all the cars in a race, and purposely swerve and crash and cause all the other cars to crash into each other, and after the race it you can watch and save the recording of the race, and I would watch it over and over laughing my lungs out. I don’t know why it was so funny. Maybe one day I can play it again.

I got my PlayStation3 for my 10th birthday in April 2008 and my dad threw this game in for me for probably $50! Now you could by it for a 10th that price. Still, the money was well spent. This game was a lot of fun in 2008, 2012, 2014, and it's still fun today.

I bought need for speed rivals and most wanted. and than I bought nfs carbon for my ps3 and played it again only for nostalgia! and that's my ps3's story...

I heard its coming out march of next year and you can pay money to have your own cars put in the game. Thanks for writing the song and band for the song i've been looking for it. The online for prologue kinda sucks tho, eh? you just get randomly put into rooms you cant make a rom and race with who you want. Hpefully the full version will change that.

+DJ-Soar Drifting in a Dodge Viper can be difficult on GT5 prologue.
