@@Ash_Wen-li Indeed. Notably because until today's modernization, it was notably difficult to obtain the essential nutrients found in fats, sugars, and salts. It was our brain's way of saying, "Eat this whenever you can because you might not for a while." Of course, nowadays, we have easy access to an excess of these things and tend to go overboard, but watch a French chef use butter and you'll see that Americans aren't the only ones to use lots of fat. We just use lots of fat on lots of portions with nothing else to balance it.
I still like Bacon though.
Kobe beef is a great example of this
It's in the bone
1:26 idk why "but Meilyne's AMERICAN" made me laugh so much
Debate all you like. It's comes down to this simple fact: Dry meat is lame, succulent meat pops. It doesn't matter what it comes from. The SUCCulent cuts are always the best and usually it's fatty.
Based
lovely
Agreed , also pigs are just freakin weird . No thanks.
Connor saying fat is the worst part kinda infuriated me ngl, pork fat is literally ALL flavour
BEEF IS SUPERIOR TO PORK
I agreed with Conner on water but I can't support him on his bacon stance.
Also ham > turkey
Connor: Fat is disgusting
80% of Filipinos: 👁👄👁
Never thought I'd be siding with Garnt when it comes to food for once.
American pizza chains figured out how to make the crust on the pizza delicious too. Now they've started making it into basically breadsticks.
This man has "being wrong" down to a fucking artform.
Who?
@@rold-hx8bu we all know who
I read this is Joey's voice
"Dryer with less taste"
Admits you have never successfully cooked a turkey.
Americans are being taken on a rollercoaster of emotions with this podcasts food takes.
And not being impressed, because Conner comes from a land we’re sheeps stomach is the local cuisine and deep fried cod is a delicacy
As a brit, I can confirm that our country has now disowned Garnt.
Ok y’all wildin out now bacon is so good
I've never clicked on a video out of sheer rage from reading the title in my life!
"All you can do with beef is [to] have a steak."
-CDawgVA, Dec 2020
Garnt actually know what tf he's talking ab here for once
Get some high quality bacon instead of the mass produced crap, then we'll talk. But other than that cheap bacon is only good for flavouring things and jazzing up sandwiches
My man really out here making sense.!
Connor and Joey are calling Garnt a clown when all three of them are clowns for different things in this same clip
Trash Taste actually had a Trash Taste Today 😬You can’t just disrespect bacon like that
My respect for Connor and Joey 📉📉
Garnt has earned redemption
One of them usually dies have trash taste in whatever they talk about.
"Bacon is just NOT good"
Boi, thems fightin' words.
Oh my, how very strange! My subscription to Joey and Conner has magically disappeared. What a strange occurrence!
😂😂😂
You are joking right?
As an american, I had friends tell me "it's okay, we can get you help" when I told them I don't like bacon lol
The fat is where the flavor is. It is the part that tastes like something. That is why American bacon is so good.
This is becoming more of a food podcast than anime podcast and I have no complaints
The no sauce man: Garnt. I have finally found a like minded individual.
Aye sir.
My family think that I am weird because I do not like sauce in my burger or fries.
Bruh your not alone.
cdawg, anime man,
PORK BELLY IS BACON ONLY CURED TO BECOME BACON.
Wow the trash taste was really from their taste in food
I can't believe Garnt and I have the exact same tastebuds
"you can only make steak with beef"
kebab, brochette, ground beef,Pot-roast , beef stir fry and many more : are we a joke to you ?
Beef stew, beef rendang, beef curry, beef soup etc.
Beef wellington, shabu-shabu, beef bourguignon, stroganoff, roast beef, ravioli, sausages (espescially Turkish Sucuk/Sujuk sausage, they're fucking amazing) an assortment of delicious offal dishes such as gyūtan, etc.
I love my ground beef!
Ox tail stew is the best.
this is becoming a "to-cook" list for all beef lovers ahahah
God every single day you take the podcast name to new heights.
I could go for a Bacon sandwich rn.
Gigguk has joined the American Forces
Yep, turkey is overrated
Yep lol
And so is bacon
7:47
I'ma need a high quality zoom in of Joey's face for a reaction meme
Garnt is right about bacon, but he's wrong about everything else.
Except condiments
yeah, if your dish needs lots of condiments that means your dish is shit
the funny thing is that joey and cornor brought up mayo and ketchup, the 2 worst condiments ever because its nothing but sugar
The only thing he's wrong about is the crust thing. And even then, it's only because he refuses to eat it.
@@GarethXL bruh.
A broken clock is right twice a day
This episode is heresy. Prepare the flame posts dear commentators. BY FIRE BE PURGED!
the real trash taste is the food taste we made along the way
Garnt is makin his case for best boi
As an American, I'm so happy to hear Garnt praise our bacon!
As sad as I am to admit it, British bacon tastes like ass
Connor trying to sound healthy by saying bacon and fat tastes like shit lmao
The dude eating pork in a beef bowl restaurant and the guy saying steak is boring complaining about bacon and fat.
I hope they don't like duck or I have some bad news for them.
As an American when i hear connor talk about food it’s like what are you talking about baconnnnn is elite 😂
This is like Garnt's only good food take
3:00 the British are no longer friends with Connor, Garnt is now best friend
Wtf! No i haven't even watched yet but you're wrong Conor! Fat is literally flavor wtf.
Oh boi the redemption arc of garnt is coming in hard
Don’t be a follower. Stand up for what you believe in. Bacon is the best meat
"Fat is tasteless"
So Japanese wagyu A5 is the shittiest beef with no flavour
Exactly! That's what I thought.
It is the “trash taste” podcast
Garnt: I eat fat on its own
Me: What the F-
Agreed that Turkey is overrated but I think Chicken is even more overrated. Ham and Bacon are the best Christmas and Thanksgiving meats.
Chicken isnt overated
Chicken is overrated. But it's overrated for a reason: mild flavour and versatility which means it has a massive mass appeal. That on top of it being cheaper to produce than other meats
What do you guys think of goose though? Been having that for christmas instead of turkey lately and I love it.
All of them are trash...Lamb is the best meat for Christmas.

Garnt.... you had me in the first half.... then you lost me... 😂
The more I hear Garnt talking about food the more I'm convinced he is an alien

I never knew garnt could be so American, I'm proud
This videos title alone has sent ripples of anger throughout my very soul.
