- Another great song from IRyS; she's been knocking it out of the park with all of these atmospheric ballads. Gravity in particular has a powerful beat behind it, and the lyrics are both relatable and inspiring.
It's not what one would expect to work as a metal song, but I tried to make it happen. I wanted to try Soen's style again, since a lot of their music has melodic parts that have a similar vibe to this song, combined with syncopated groovy riffs. They also often start heavy and get softer by the end, rather than the other way around, so that was a unique approach that I attempted to do here.

i always loved irys' original songs, but this one struck a chord with me when it released, just like you said. your style here really fits the overall vibe of the original track, those slower parts are so headbanging good! incredible job with this one!

When I compared this to Deltaranged's trance remix of "Gravity", I realized how much of a guitar god you are to be able to change the feel of the song so drastically

I don't usually listen to metal but the "light" feeling of this one plus the song itself being a banger makes it one of my new favorite guitar pieces to listen to.
