- In the spirit of musical comradeship through isolation, us fellas in Crowded House have created a live version of Fall At Your Feet, captured here in the making at our respective home set ups. Some of the sentiment in this song struck me as being resonant now in a different way than I first imagined.
We have enjoyed favor and felt welcome in the United States for many years. There is a deep connection to and appreciation of all that America has done for the evolution of popular music, at its best a transformative art form, now perhaps more needed than ever. In particular, we are inspired by the magnificence of black culture. We owe a huge debt to the African American artists whose creative expressions have elevated us with magic, passion and beauty while living with prejudice and injustice that we, as white men, can only imagine and have never had to suffer.
We have more to give and other privileges to repay, but right now in support of this groundswell for justice against a racist system, we will direct all of the income for this song for the next year to causes that assist in keeping the momentum for massive and meaningful change, to address this glaring inequity in our society.

That singing was so effortless it honestly didn't even look real. What a great band.
Don't Dream Its Over is the song everyone knows them for but this has always been my favourite. Its beautiful.

You think so? Listen to Neil from around 2000 and around CH 1994.. His voice has gotten older and weaker which is normal, but when you listen to records of around 2007, his voice has detoriorated so quickly, I tend to think something happened to his voice.
the essential quality of Neil's voice is still there, but he's definitely sounding a little older and weaker in general. Still a great singer who I'd listen to any day, any time. And he still has occasional nights where he sounds about 20 years younger.
Jesus. Tough crowd tonight, I am 50 and remembered his hayday, songs were great and are now too but I’d rather listen to him sing now, especially don’t dream it’s over, he sings this better now. This is just my opinion of course. In any case so happy he is still belting them out

I love how the keyboard player play's totally spot-on minimalistic. Rarely see a keyboard player playing so little notes, so good, with perfect choice of sounds.

I was a small child when this came out. I remember my cousin ( he lived at our house while studying in University ) used to always played this song when he was studying. My brothers and I would go in his room and hang out with him I'm between his study sessions
