Triple cons in ANSA is a frequently occurring problem and require one to be knowledgeable to solve. Otherwise, they might make mistake deleting the surface unnecessarily....

It's very difficult to remove the triple cons in bolt and nut section

You can remove bolt and nut parts... Because these parts are not used in analysis intead their fea model are used like rbe2. However, first isolate the surface then bring neighbor surface one by one then release them after that hide unnecessary surface. Finally do topo or paste cons. If possible i will make videos, but try this.
