The shape of the apples differs quite a bit from european apples. Actually I would prefer that shape. It is more rectangular which probably makes packaging more efficient. And red apple flowers are also very rare in europe. The flowers are more white/pink....I love it!
Kate this is how I found you a couple months ago...Wode's channel featuring you with Wambugu apples. I immediately looked for you and subscribed! This is too awesome!💚🖤💛❤ beautiful Kenya....Alkebulan 💪🏾
God blessed your father with this gift. Waoo. I'm still gonna come to your farm in Laikipia Kate. I bought an acre in Laikipia btw so the land is ready.. planning gradually so when I come home from uk, plant plant plant by God's grace. I thank God for your father.
Another beautiful thing about farming fruits for me is it implies love because you become an environmental conservationist, you give food to other beings on the planet, especially birds, and provide healthy recipes to people. Thanks Wodemaya and Wambugu Apple
I am grateful and proud of you because you care for the struggle people go through due to poorvaty in Africa. May God increase you all the days in your life. Watching from London Uk 🇬🇧. Ugandan born, your neighbor God bless!
The reason why Africans were made to believe that apples and many other food crops can't do well in Africa was actually a colonial design. Africa was meant to feed western factories and they were cultivating apples already as well as wheat in the west. That's why our economies were centered around cotton, cocoa, rubber and other cash crops that are not of much economic value to us in Africa. Happy that young farmers are changing the rhetoric. Our governments should invest more into these crops we can grow and consume and export!
I found you through Maya’s channel, I become a subscriber & been following you since. I plan to visit your farm soon if God willing. Watching you from New York by way of Haiti 🇭🇹
Wode maya u better not come to Ghana empty handed, Tertteh Quashie came to Ghana with cocoa beans from Equitorial Guinea and it became our major export earner. Wode maya from Ahenema kofi from Ghana brought seedlings from his wife hometown and it became,,,,,,,
We are very PROUD of you KATE.
