OMG I can't believe baby girl is going to be here soon, you and Lee are going to make the best parents 🫶. Wish you a safe and healthy rest of your pregnancy xx
Loved this! Talking from experience, I never used my towel, flannel, flip flops, if I’m honest I never used my toiletries except my tooth brush/paste, hair brush and deodorant. I didn’t have the energy for a shower in hospital. I barely used the spritz for bits or peri bottle. Not sure if you have one but I’d definitely recommend taking a dressing gown with you. I’d highly recommend the lil lets maternity pads, they are amazing and only £2 a pack. Honestly I don’t think you’d use the cold packs, I never felt like I needed anything like that. Obviously this is what I used/didn’t use and I found worked for me but everyone is different ❤
I had a c section and still bled heavily after, I had some frieda mom pads but in the end found that boots own maternity pads were just as good as I was changing them so often. I think if you have an advantage card they were £1 for 10. Also don’t forget a long charger!
I've packed hospital bag before had a natural vaginal birth at home planning for second one any day now I'm currently 39 + 3 days - I would pack arnica tablets you can get them from Holland and barrett, mini portable fan, metal cup that stays cold with a straw. Birth comb, birth ball, hair ties, (I also found I had an episiotomy so I found h and m soft big underwear was good, biker shorts, the lil let pads from tescos over always disposable and even frida mom as my stitches it was sore combined with the bruising so I found the softest biggest underwear was best over disposable

Would definitely recommend Cooling Face Spray, Milton Wipes, Fan, a blanket for Lee and hand sanitiser if you don’t have them already❤️

Disposable pants were a life saver for me after I had a full rupture at 23 weeks. I had to wear them until I gave birth at 30 weeks ❤
