@Begbucks You should bear in mind that RUclips uses very heavy compression. The original video file is much sharper and crisper. It's also worth remembering it's a small compact camera, not a camcorder.
The file size for a 720p video is massive for anyone curious. One I took lasted for about a minute and was almost 200mb. This might not make a difference to any of you, but I thought some people would want to know.
Thanks. Also, do you what video quality settings? DId you have digital zoom on or off? When I am shooting video you can tell that the camera is always trying to focus, so sometimes it is blurry. I am hoping to figure this out.

@121Akhil I took mine out with fully charged batteries yesterday. I thought it would die within 40 minutes or so.. but I'm STILL using the same batteries today.. So it depends on use. But I'd say take an extra pair with you.. Batteries that are not fully charged last less then an hour..
I am wondering what settings you were on because my Canon SX130is is not taking good video at all. If I take video of people indoors it it always trying to zoom in and the images are not very clear. Grainy. Not like yours. I can post an example to show perhaps.
May i know how much it will run if the AA Batteries are charged?? I have heard that the battery sucks very fast.. Also wanted to know how many pics can be taken at one full Battery charged.. Thanks!
I loved this camera. But, I dropped it and now the things that cover the lens are now broken which wont make the camera turn on properly so I can take pictures.
@Dimaz037 pal, I also had SEVERE, IRRITATING battery life issues when I bought this camera. Then I bough SANYON ENELOOP batteries (somebody recommended them for this camera) and really.. they are lasting FOREVER.
@JuuciRodrigues If you do I advise you to buy rechargeable batteries and make sure they are NiHM batteries not Alkaline, also make sure you buy a good charger. You can probably go on line and get a 4 set of Sony rechargeable batteries with the charger for about $ 17.00 also a good memory card, I have a Sony 16 Gig, just in case. Good luck in getting your new camera.

You can shoot a music video with any camera..

@abuals the SX150 is newer than the SX130.
And personally i think it's better.
