Thanks sifu, I've never been able to find any videos that explain the straight lead's finer points in it's entirety. When I practice I have nothing to compare my mechanics to besides stuff I've read in books. Is there any chance of us getting to see a video like that in the future from you guys?
At the end when Sifu Lynch is instructing, why does he not move the hand before the foot when advancing with his straight punch? Have I been doing this wrong all along...?

Jeremy Lynch performs some of the best straight leads, hooks, and scoop kicks. As you can see each attack is very powerful.

hand before foot is really hard. If you can do it, ok. If not, Hand and foot at the same time works just as well
