Lovely house, but could do with a better matching coloured internal doors
as always a great tour guys. It is a very decent sized house and practical modern layout. I especially loved the taller than usual ceilings which must have been 9' or more?? Height in rooms gives such an impression of space missing from so many modern homes.
Overall i like the house but prefer a much better master bed and ensuite than that especially at the price point and agree with one of the commenters about storage space in the hall for coats etc and also it really does need a good utility room with backdoor too, for dogs, dirty and or wet children and for keeping washing etc out the way.
I did also love the styling inside, but prefer a bit of colour here and there.

You spoilt me!. It is lovely house, however, being such a big home, the downstairs toilet is not so roomy. You have the electricity pannel looking at you while you are doing your things. Despite having so much space in the entry hall, there is not a proper closet for coats and shoes. In this size of home, and considering you have 5 bedrooms, you do need a large laundry room, which you can also use as a mud oom, or put your cat-s litter box.
I see room for improvement from the design point of view.
Also, not so fan of the black and white everywhere, but nothing there I could not change.

@@PropertyVlogsUK Thank you for the hard work showing these houses. Kitchen and family room are super nice. Bedrooms are roomy. I like the outside patio area where I probably would do a conservatory.
There are many nice things.... just a few that could be corrected for the next time the builders construct this model again. ...

Owl homes are awesome there style is victorian, the big bulk house with the slim extension on the back. I was lucky to grow up in a big victorian home with high ceilings and owl homes take me right back to the 1980s❤❤😊

Good luck constantly trying to keep those mirror wardrobes clean. Also, the bathrooms all lack storage. For that price tag, I would expect more . The house is big for sure but that's just about it
