Heaven is my favourite Ayumi Hamasaki song. And I know that the lyrics aren't EXACTLY what they are when translated literally but I found this just as beautiful as Ayu's and I love it just as much. Thank you for taking the time and effort to make this.

Yes, that was the plot in Shinobi. He died and went to heaven and left her behind on earth. Because Heaven is the theme for Shinobi it revolves around that plot. In the PV for this song though, it is actually Ayu who has died and is waiting for him as a ghost. So it is not a very happy song.

They do understand it . Both girls are fluent in Japanese and can teach English in Japan if they were able to. They translated it into English because they love Ayu and want to bring her music to people here in England and it's lovely they can translate it for people to understand and appreciate the artist.

So you're saying Korean bands such as TVSQ who did their songs in Japanese are as well are disgusting? What about Avril Lavigne who did some of her songs in Chinese and Japanese? Was that wrong too? Some people would love to be able to sing Ayu's songs but find it hard to sing Japanese, so this translation allows people to sing in English with heart for Ayu's songs. Translations online don't fit the tune - they don't get the true feeling across. Don't judge people because of your preferences.

This was ok.
The trouble is you get the translation but then you have to make it fit the beat and also rhyme etc, so fitting it with the actual translation is impossible. So The Way To Say do the closest the can possible to fit the tune.

I cannot believe her popularity. It's absurd. Introducing... Adele, Mariah Carey, Justin Timberlake, Josh Groban. It makes me think Japanese fans of this girl cannot possibly be very clever.

I believe that your opinion here is invalid, if you think that Adele or Mariah Carey are worth a crap at all.
That's what subtitles are for. OR you can look up the translated lyrics online. This is a bastardization for the sole fact that someone felt it needed to be translated into English, "I mean, how else are English speakers supposed to understand it - derp." It's like saying that Italian opera singers should sing in English specifically so that english speakers can understand it; no it was meant to be sung in italian. If you can't look up lyrics or read along, then you have a problem.

This song is good, I'm not going to deny that (in fact I rather like it) but I know the REAL lyrics to this song...They are very inaccurate with this version of the song...So I'm sort of disappointed with it.
This is disgusting! this song was written in Japanese and was meant to be sung in Japanese.
