Yes, but how did the homeless guy get the shirt. That shirt is probably not owned by anyone else in that city. It's a very unusual shirt. None of this makes sense, Plus, why would anyone want to wear a shirt that has vomit on it, homeless or not. You could wash it in the river and wear it later. Crazy.
I'm so glad that Riley's mother has her husband there. That poor woman is in such shock and grief. I can't begin to imagine her pain.

If the homeless man’s testimony is he found the shirt in a location that is not possible, police need to interview him. He’s lying!
Sad deal for his friends/family. This is eerily similar to a missing tourist we had here in Seattle back in 2004. 18 year old Wynter Emerson from NZ attended a music festival and went missing afterward only to turn up drowned in nearby Lake Union a week later. They suspected he was either slipped or had taken drugs which might have led to him ending up in the water.

The family just confirmed today there is more video of Riley running, right after his encounter with the police officer, a camera on the parking garage in between the two bridges spotted him running, with his shirt. So that puts him within 20 seconds of reaching the Birch view camera
What is the significance of the Birch view camera. Was he seen on it or are they saying that he disappeared in the 20 second interval between the garage camera and birch view?

My heart literally breaks for them I can’t imagine what they are going through. Those videos must be torture for them to have seen. I don’t understand how not one other person from the fraternity felt obligated to leave him and help make sure he got back to where ever they were staying especially in a city he’s not familiar with.

i cant even look at their faces without tearing up. what they must be going through, knowing the stare he was in and the knowns so far. My heart is broken for them and i hope they get answers soon. i dont think it’s possible that Riley was sober when he spoke to the cop, just seeing his state moments earlier. Usually, when you get sick, you start to feel better & less disoriented, but they would have heard from him by now. Im hopeful for them, but the evidence so far is not so good, i pray for peace, a miracle, or in the very least, closure for these parents. 🙏

I believe it's because it shows with almost certainty what they suspect happened to him, but they still have to investigate it (maybe don't want to tip anybody off?) That may also be why they are searching in Ashland City waters this morning. Just too hard for me to comprehend.

It's possible that the last drink he had hit him really hard about 10 minutes later. I would be genuinely concerned about alcohol poisoning as a cause of death in this kind of scenario. One of my friends downed a bunch of whiskey one time and was fine for like 20 minutes, and then he suddenly got up to go to the bathroom and collapsed there. I spent like 4 hours supervising him trying to make sure he didn't choke on the vomit, etc. I very nearly called 911 a couple of times because he was doing really badly for a bit. While he was barely conscious on the floor he kept answering questions somewhat normally- I'd ask if he was okay, and he would say "Yeah. I'm fine. Don't worry." It was just an automatic response from his unconscious brain while he was actually blacked out. Another time, I rescued this guy who was unconscious laying with his head almost in the street on New Year's Eve. When he woke up he couldn't speak coherently and was apparently confused about how this had even happened to him. My bf and I ended up sending him to the hospital in an ambulance because when we tried to call the friends in his phone none of them seemed to be taking the situation seriously and the guy seemed really terrified and alone. My point is, people can really go from talking coherently to vomiting to completely losing consciousness within a 10 minute time frame, which is why you don't leave your drunk friends alone in the streets or let them out of your sight at a venue, ever. Riley looks tall enough to potentially tip over a guard railing that a shorter person wouldn't be able to lean over. I really hope for the best outcome here, but I just want people to realize that a drunk person being able to respond cordially to a police officer or talking on the phone successfully to someone or even managing to text does not mean they're gonna be okay even just a few minutes later, necessarily. Some people can be incredibly drunk and hardly appear that way except to someone who knows them really well. Do not let your drunk friends tell you they're fine and go home alone.

Hitting his head hard while intoxicated and possibly drugged, may have caused brain bleed causing confusion. So devastating.

I’m wondering now about how hard he hit his head. The vomiting could have been due to that as much as the alcohol and then may have caused dizziness and disorientation (it can be delayed).
How easy is it to fall off the bridge he was crossing or the embankment leading up to or just past the bridge? Is it one of those bridges you’d have to climb up on to to be able to fall off or was it dangerously easy access to fall over the edge?
Ugh this is so sad and heart wrenching. It’s like going through the emotions of wondering where Gabby Petito was.

While I feel terrible for the parents and can’t begin to imagine what they are going through, the Father is dreaming if he thinks that his son was not intoxicated when he walked past the officer given the fact that there is clear video evidence of him stumbling drunk just prior to that moment

Body cam video from a cop on foot walking past Riley and you can hear audio. Not sure what it said, but you can also hear a car door slam. You get a good look at the plates as well. Just have to clean the image up. Both cars appear to have plates from same states, unless they pieced clips together and showed random cars.. who the hell knows anymore

There’s a serial killer in Austin Texas, whoever it is seems to prey on young men in bars. They get drunk, leave the bar and end up dead in the river. Watch the video with the cop. There is a car that pulls up and someone says get in the car and you hear a door shut. The cop turns around and Riley is gone. He gets in a car, 100% but what the fk I know

Men are usually comfortable walking alone at night plus he’s very tall. There is zero distress in his voice as he talks to police. He couldn’t see the danger he was in and thought he could manage himself.
