Man you guys got a great deal. Brian seems like a great dude. 100k is a good price. That’s about what most of the franchises tell you to have in inventory when starting a brick store. It’s a good thing your store is so large. I love watching these videos more then anything else. The fact that Brian was ready to sell and very easy to let go was amazing. I’m sure paying for 4 lockers was a good 800-1600 a month. What a great find, also scary because it’s a lot to pay back. Luckily your already setup and established. I was looking at a collection for 55k but it was to high priced. I really like his clear storage bins.
I am coming next weekend with my aunt and cousin Dominick. he just recently got into Lego and I’m so excited to take him, and hope to pick up some good figures.
EPIC 😁😁😁 This gives me the envy to do the same and move to the next stage of my lego collecting/investment/business and open a real “physical” store too 😁 here in Belgium
I'm guessing it. S Stuff you have. For stock in the shop...I got half my Lego City in storidge atm .I so need to get out I'm over paying $209 every two weeks. Just to hold my good Lego I need to move it asap..
It was not discounted, and we only bought two, so we don’t know if there is a limit. From our recollection, larger DTC sets aren’t usually discounted when they’re being phased out.
@@atlbrickco Yes, lately, or at least since the start of the pandemic Lego craze they have rarely been discounted outside of Lego stores, & even less in Lego stores. Last time they had more broad discounts on DTC was Black Friday weekend of 19, at Lego stores, and online. Now I know, if I ever get in a pinch to get rid of my sizeable collection, I know who to contact. I live in South Florida too, lol. I think with the IRS changes, you will be getting contacted more often this year, & next, if you haven't already had an uptick.
@@JusttimelessYT Is the price on WalMart a third party seller? Sets are usually more expensive when sold by third party sellers. You’re better off checking local stores or if you’re lucky getting it at a discount online.
If you haven’t already, check out the first video when Chris got a few sets!

@@gators0972 oh yeah! Totally agree with that!
how much? $$ 200k?
I wonder how long it’s gonna take to make back that 100k , even at $100 each that’s 1000 sales u will have to make 🥴🥴🥴
Remember, there are mini figs, selves, promotional material all included in that price as well. Even still, it will take us a little while.
