It’s still a little tricky when you first get started, but once you get the hang of it, it gets pretty easy.

My install is not staying in the wall securely, the stopper is loose and if you pull the anchor and screw (whole install) comes out.
Do you have advice for how to remedy this install of mine?

how do you remove the rear plate
