I thought I clicked someone elses channel. No hate sa co-host but mas prefer ko parin si julia alam mo yung ang sayasaya mong mag click ng bagong house tour ng presello kc may bago nanamang magandang house at lalong napapaganda yun ni julia.
not to hate the co-host but I prefer it when it's just Julia presenting the house tour alone. I always watch Presello house tours at night before I go to bed kasi sya yung nagiging pampakalma at pamparelax ko bago matulog. pampagood vibes ika nga. para kasing ASMR kung magpresent si Julia. chill lang, smooth, seamless then samahan mo pa ng breathtaking at awe-inspiring houses. yun yung tatak Julia, that is Presello's trademark. having Trish sa house tour makes it chaotic, maybe because of her perkiness. the last time na may co-host si Julia which is good was that BYO video with Daphne.
Oo they conversations between Julia and Daphne were once my tunes to sleep
I totally agree! Been a fan of Presello and Julia since una pa lang nilang video and I totally get your point. Not to hate ha bat di sila swak ni Trish ng energy and medyo nagugulohan ako lalo na pag sabay sila nagsasalita hindi siya nakaka relax unlike noong mga old vids nila.

1) The only thing constant is change and 2) If ain't broke, don't fix it. As a Subscriber, I lean towards #2.

Iba pa rin ang presentation ni Julia. Her attention to detail, wide range of vocabulary, and knowledge of interior design details makes her cream of the crop. Not too bubbly, not too dull.
Watching home tours can be therapeautic for some people, and that’s why we love Julia doing it. I prefer Julia alone.
I've been watching Presello lately because the houses that they feature are really beautiful add with Julia's very calm and soothing commentaries. It's nice to see a new host here it's just that I had a hard time focusing on the house's highlights because of the overlapping banter or too much personal commentaries, idk maybe it's just me that I'm used to the calm version of Julia, no hate to the other host, hoping to see her more and bring something new to the table here in Presello. 🙌

Couldn't agree more. Parang nawawala tuloy sa focus si Julia. I know pag ganyan kagandang bahay ang hirap magpigil magtry minsan like with the golf and basketball early on the vid, but that's what we love about Julia, she knows when to indulge her curiosity and when not to. Trish is like a kid na nasa toy store na sobrang hyper. Please, she doesn't compare to the standard of professionalism that Julia has.

Hello Presello! Trish can have her own house presentation. That would surely be a bomb being lively while pin-pointing essential parts of the home. Not with Julia though, the co-host tends to overlap Julia while talking. Chaotic for unsolicited comments and totally cutting off the thought process of Julia. But yeah, give Trish her platform. :)

The thing I like most about Julia is her silent appreciation of architectural and design elements. You see her do it in most videos; something will catch her eye and she'll mutter under her breath something about that particular thing that caught her attention. That, shows how authentic Julia is when appreciating some things because we see her get lost in the beauty of the houses she is presenting to us.
That was totally lost in this house tour. Julia struggled to insert info about the house because her co-host's energy was all over the place. And while I understand Julia needs to have someone to bounce ideas back and forth every now and then, perhaps in a more dignified and professional manner? This video felt more of a "hang" instead of a tour.
This episode is too chaotic. Not a fan. I hope this is not going to be a permanent feature. I still do love Presello team.

Fantastic house! Love almost everything about it. Though I had to skip a lot of it because of the "random" factor if I had to say so myself. Me and my wife have been watching Presello for years trying to see what type of house we'd like to get if we ever need. We love how Julia evolved through the years, we connected to how she presented, her demeanor, and respect to the houses that she showcases. It didn't feel as though she was trying too hard to have that kind of vibe. It felt like hosting was hers all along. The new co-host unfortunately, we can't say we connected. It felt as though I am seeing a young person being given a tour of a house. I see a lot of unneccessary touching, sitting, or comments that could have been left out. It didn't feel like a Presello house tour, it didn't even feel like a "show you my crib" kind of style. It was more like; let's chill and comment on a lot of unneccessary things and laugh at the most nonsensical items. We feel that Trish should have her own videos but she needs to have some experts with her just in case, so she learns the ropes. Especially respect to the house and developers. We're not sure why a lot of people are saying Julia will be out or anything of the sort, but if anyone has information, please do reply here.

This is really quite a shock for all Presello fans. And while Trish shall really have her own style of touring, it's undeniable that Julia set the bench. I don't even watch any other channel kahit na anong ganda ng property featured sa video because the hosts were on either extremes (too bland or too salty, know what I'm sayin?) na hindi ka tatagal ng three minutes. Julia, on another hand, is just natural kasi alam niya yung mga sinasabi niya and she knows how to connect with the audience na hindi annoying. That is the most important in this trade. I wish hindi lang puro enthusiasm, sana andun pa din yung logic and demeanor.
To the new host, "feedback is a gift," appreciate how excited you are with Julia. Appreciate the flavor you added to the presentation. :)

I really love the way Julia does her tours. Not so sure about Trish though. Its one thing to be excited but its another to overhype something. Sometimes too much perkiness makes it come across as insincere. just my cents.

I appreciate Presello team for trying to do new things. Trish brings a wonder and energy to the presentation. Still, this is off the brand the channel has established. There is room for other types of related content.
Presello is my fav to watch Julia is very natural and professional, although Trish is also professional but she is OA to think Julia said that she already check th whole property.
I really love Julia's tour. Nakaka overwhelm reactions ng cohost. Sobrang random ng sinasabi, kulang sa details ng house. It should be formal but not boring like Julia

I have to agree in most of the comments here. The house is very beautiful but this tour misses the element that only Julia can provide. It's nice to have a co-host but she/he should at least match the pace of Julia.

Definitely would agree that Julia should have done the tour for now to truly cherish and note down details of the information of the house. Okay . . . it was certainly different. Different from what we usually see in a Presello house tour. What is apparent is Trish is quite jolly, which is not bad, actually, enthusiasm is very important in presentations like this . . . but, learn control. To be overly enthusiastic may translate as less sincere, more theatrical . . . so, it comes across a scripted , not natural. There are lots of room for improvement, which means there is something there that csn be honed and developed. This episode had shown two phases of a presenter. Julia exudes confidence and knowledge in her craft, and her knowledge in architecture and
design add to that sophisticated yet casual, intimate yet inclusive, inquisitive yet learned style. The way she presents may at time be not the common way we see how a property is presented, where in the host reiterates the obvious, but she adds insights and perspectives that tends to feel like she is personallyy talking to you. It is free flowing, not rigid, hence not boring, educational instead of a monotonous narration of what the viewers already see. Again casual and formal at thr same time.
Trish, is still bein lg led into the topics as the move through the flow of the presentation. At times, it seemed like an elder sister guiding the youbger sister through the motions of the activity.laughs and giggles a lot as fillers to show that the activity is fun. Maybe a good come-on thing for the young crowd, but definitely not for the traget market of the presentations, hence some gets annoyed. Again control how and when to use personal moods to liven up the activity. Plotting, she shoukd ve conscious where the cameras are, there were quite a few times she was had her back towards the cam, while actually in the midst of a supposed converstion with Julia or pointing out her own idea. Just few that I have observed.
Julia has a method and rythm to her presentations and it worked for so long and I see that Presello is trying different dynamics -appreciate the exploration and the open-mindedness to try something different but yeah I agree Trish is uber zealous at times but I appreciate her lively energy -maybe on a different Presello gimmick?

I enjoy touring the properties more with Julia alone. There’s more focus to the story when only one is narrating. Also, Julia obviously knows architecture, design and function. She knows how to make sense out of what she sees. I wish the other girl holds back the suppressed little child that’s wanting to come out. I hope she learns the art of restraint.

Not gonna lie, I initially thought ibang channel to nung una, feedback lng po as a long time viewer din, mas maganda sana if same sila ng energy level ni Julia, I know Trish might have been nervous na naging overly excited yung labas sa video but I hope next time mas kalmado na and sana may cues din sila para they’re not talking over each other, nakakalito kasi. Nasanay din kasi ako na chill lang and flowing yung tours ng Presello and that’s actually it’s charm and signature na wala sa iba. Not too bad, di lang ako sanay siguro.

Not for anything else, black is the most neutral (also white) of all the neutral colors. A person wearing black will not "clash" with the surroundings and as such I believe the presenter in a house tour will not take away attention from the beauty of the house. Right ba MsJulia?

Not a fan of this 2 hosts format. Too giggly for my taste ung naging house tour. Ang dating is parang 2 friends na inuusisa ung bahay ng kaibigan nila. Hopefully di ganito ang format going forward.
