I stayed on vacation home in Texas last November, which looked exactly like this picture. Exactly like this minus the jackolanterns. The neighboring houses weren't very far away, but the thick trees made it feel like you were alone in the woods. We had so much fun. Cooking, eating, drinking, smoking cigars, and spending time together with the family. Once the sun went down, it got very dark. One night, when my brother and I were grilling and having a couple of beers. Our kids were running around playing games with flashlights. All of a sudden, I hear a kid scream. It was my 5 year old son pointing his flashlight at this hug hairy tarantula on a large rock. 😅 I understand why he was screaming. Some time goes by while we continue to stand near the grill while I keep drinking. With my perifiral vision, I spot something tall and white in the distance. Keep in mind it is pitch black with the only light from the flashlights and orange warm light coming from the cabin. I say to my brother, "What the F*ck is that?" We laughed at first but then tried to hide our concerns. I took out my flashlight and shined the light at this white thing. It was completely covered with a white sheet, and it was wearing a black top hat looking towards us while standing still. My brother whispered with a laugh. "It's a ghost!" And I replied,"I prefer a ghost over a cult member." By that time, a guess a kid saw the white figure, started screaming while running towards the cabin. This person quickly pulls the sheet over his head to reveal it was my dad playing a prank on all of us, saying, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I was only kidding!" We all laughed out loud. We had a very good time and I hope we never forget that wonderful memory. ❤
