There are difference between account being flag and device being flag. If you can create a new account after your account has been means only ur acct was flagged but if you can’t create or login to any account on the device means the device has been flagged and that’s the purpose of this video.

You have to form address of the country you want to use. Don’t use Nigeria as because Nigeria is not supported and don’t use USA as well.
