    This is the first time that I have been introduced to Dale. I will be looking over his “sounds” to see if any of them help my tinnitus.

    Question for the Dr Ben and anyone else who has experience.
    Can MRI scans make Tinnitus worse? Would you recommend someone who recently developed tinnitus go for an mri scan?
    The ent specialist I have been talking to has gave me a date for an mri scan but all my instincs say don't put your head in a spinning magnet. If my tinnitus get 0.1% worse, it's the end for me. I am just holding it together just now.
    Any advice would be appreciated. I understand an mri scan is part of the process but all my instincs say don't do it. What's people thoughts?

    How do i find the best maskers sound for me? Will pink noise be ok then?

    • @treblehealth
      @treblehealth  2 месяца назад

      White noise, pink noise, and/or water sounds used for sound therapy during your waking hours are recommended. You may also use sound therapy while sleeping through the night, if needed. The best sound therapy is one that you find calming/relaxing; sound therapy is not one size fits all. You may use our RUclips channel or download a sound therapy app to your phone. ReSound Tinnitus Relief or Widex Zen are great options to start with.
