This was so good I had to comment twice...I could literally listen to her talk all day, so many gems, thank you because I was in need of an encouragement boost❤💎
Amazing interview Cyrus! Turning my cocky up! And I’m ready to make an impact in the world. Brittany you’re a phenomenal black woman and I needed to hear your testimony and words of wisdom. Thank you for sharing your gifts with the world. Def needed this interview to be longer 😂
This is by far my favorite guest on your show. I love her mindset, attitude and being true to herself!! If your confidence bothers anyone else, that's their own insecurity.. Betting on self can/will yield the highest ROI. 💯 Thank you Cyrus for having her on and keep up the great work .
Really dope interview! I don't know how I missed this one initially. This provided me with encouragement and hope. Most of all confirmation that I'm onnthe right path.

WOW this was such an amazing show. She's just captivating. I mean I looked up and it was over. Yet I honestly wasn't ready for this to end! Thank you 😊
Beautiful discussion Cyrus and Brittany! It is important to understand that being humble does not equate to being timid. Instead, humility involves recognizing that one is not the ultimate authority but acknowledges others and the role of God in their lives. In the Bible, Moses is revered as the epitome of humility, yet he confidently led the Israelites, a challenging group, through the wilderness, estimated to be over a million individuals. Moses knew his identity and was secure in the calling God had placed on his life. Consequently, he viewed others through the lens of how God saw them, treating them with respect and dignity. There was no need for him to boast or belittle others; his focus was on building and uplifting them. When we step out into the world, it's essential to present our best selves to achieve the best outcomes. As the adage goes, 'Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.' This underscores the importance of humility in our interactions, recognizing our divine purpose of no limitations- with God all things are possible while valuing others our actions.
Absolutely! Humility is a powerful trait that can lead to great leadership, just like we see in the example of Moses. It's about recognizing our strengths while also acknowledging the contributions and worth of others. Thanks for sharing your insights!
I was just laid off from a company that only wanted to be served. This is the reality of recruiting. So when you look at my resume yes I job hop because there is no loyalty within these companies and they want you to be loyal.
Sorry to hear about the layoff. Unfortunately, loyalty isn't always reciprocated in the corporate world. Keep pushing forward, and you'll find a place that values your skills and commitment!
Hi there , want to say thanks for such great content . I am currently residing in London . I have a question . The courses that you promote tech sales and the others . Are these courses and the jobs conducive internationally?
Hey! Thanks for watching. The courses and jobs we discuss are often applicable internationally. Tech roles are in demand globally, but it's always good to check specific course/job details for international relevance. Good luck on your journey!
I have 4 years of tech experience but I am transiting into a new field within tech. Is it rare to get a sign on bonus for your first tech job in the new field or is it possible that bonus could be available because you are not actually new to tech and have some prior experience????
It's definitely possible to negotiate a sign-on bonus, especially with your 4 years of tech experience. Worth exploring during the job offer discussions!
