my question is... does metal type ranged atk like metal blast and steel crusher does more efficient dmg to lampurge even if the tp was 200 ranged def and 200 melee def?

No, melee metal is more effective on lampurge, as its final r-def stat is higher than its m-def, tho it only gets hit when not using dodge

This is why no one does doubles tbh
Ur not beating a gimmicky team with the average singles team
Unless you are also using a doubles team you Just cant fight back against stuff like that
Feeling like The only way To counter that team is a multi target move like gamma pulse
