EXCELLENT VIDEO! Unfortunately, because I live in Los Angeles I couldn’t order this latch assembly from Parts Factory. I found one made my Dorman on Amazon for $131.31. Your video was really helpful and my friend Rob and I installed it in about two and a half hours. The hardest part was getting the door card off. The Audi dealership quoted an estimate of $1,270.58! We saved $1,100 doing it ourselves! Keep those great videos coming and good luck with the location!
My Dad’s old Q5 door mechanism failed this year and now my 2020 model did, too! I assume it’s covered under warranty though, right?? Please tell me my husband doesn’t have to do this 🤦🏻♀️😆

The savings are what we are all about! Glad you loved it. Thx
Great video mate, very useful and very detailed.
suggestion for another video….Audi Q5 sunroof motor and or sunshade replacement.
Will look into it
can you do a video with the rear door lock actuator
Hey man hoping you can give me an idea on how to open doo if neither in or outside handle are operating.
This is a pain. Rip door card off
As the matter of fact Audi charges $770.00 for the part alone, including labour for installation is very close to $ 1000.00

I have a 2010 Audi Q5 and the left rear lock keeps making the unlocking sound every 5 minutes. The sound is annoying while driving. 😏
