My first tip would be play in the style you have most fun, place yourself around good people who will make the game enjoyable for you, and never be afraid to ssk questions

If you have the ability to set up alt accounts and farm on them consistently that would be key, placing yourself in a strong and active alliance is very important also, would you want to be on a newer server or one already established
