One of our most popular rocker switches, the V1D1-B60B is extremely common on boats as well as other vehicles.
This rocker switch has 3 terminals. It's a Single Pole Single Throw, ON-OFF with one dependent white lamp.
In this video we demonstrate it's functionality and how to wire this rocker switch. It requires one negative for the return current for the lights, other than that it's simply an input and output.
We only sell the marine grade waterproof version of this switch.
We also demonstrate how attach and remove a switch cover (called an actuator), and we show examples of some common contura II actuators.
This V1D1 rocker switch is manufactured by Carling, and can be found on thousands of boats worldwide.
