The 767 is a reference to the LOT flight 16 incident that happened in 1st of November 2011 duringa flight from JFK New York to Warsaw Chopin Airport where landing gear couldn't deploy

3:45 Reminds me of an incident in the 1950s when an early-production MiG-15 inhaled a test pilot.
Because of the “pig nose” design of the intake, there wasn’t much left of the poor guy. Some people wanted to clean and reuse the MiG, but the base commander wanted to have the plane buried to both cover up the mess and give the pilot a proper funeral.
In the end, the plane was taken apart; The wings, guns, tail, and cockpit were salvaged while the rest of the plane was buried along with what remained of the pilot.

Well, Lufthansa planned to order a Concorde for their fleet but canceled it. That is probably why the developer of PTFS added Lufthansa Concorde
so did a lot of other airlines. Singapore airlines even co-operated a concorde with british airways!

Tbh I’d like to see in future updates that they make different version of for example the 747.
Like 747-100 to the 800
They have blue prints for the 707 and L1011 which could start a new class
too much changes and lag, they have to remodel the whole plane and script it and if they were too do it. theyd have to do all the other planes too because everyones gonna complain, why just the 747? plus ptfs is beginner friendly so no one knows which one to pick.

3:38 bros Cleary NEVER heard of the Yak 141.
Also it’s VTOL system is slightly different and it’s a subsonic third gen strike aircraft (with naval variants) whereas F-35B is supersonic fifth gen multi role naval fighter.
lots of the research from the yak 141 was put into the f35, the harrier is actually a 4th gen fighter past the gr.5 (the one in game is a gr.1)
@@teapeakay that is true, but many people make the assumption that the VTOL system works the same, it does not. The yak 141 uses boosters for frontal lift generation, whereas the F-35 has the front lift generator hooked up to the main engine, which means that there is actually only one engine in the F-35.
@@darkofthearmy True, the F-35 having a turboshaft lift fan and the Yak-141 having two smaller turbojets, But still alot of the tech went into the F-35
