Literally a perfect video. Very informative thanks a ton! As i travel often Im trying to find something very effective for keeping moisture out(which I liked in current) and super reliable( like eheim). I also don't wanna shell out for the eheim twin. How is the zacro for moisture control as i live in a humid city😭
Thanks for watching. Well, the eheim is the only one, except for the Lifegard deluxe (which I didn't have), that have moisture protection. I live in the desert so I don't have a lot of those moisture issues. I think if you live in a humid place, you'll probably just want to check the container to make sure the food doesn't start sticking together.
Tetra MyFeeder - the best automatic feeder out there. Got one and it's the best fill-and-forget type of feeder. Mainly because food doesn't go bad, it is very well insulated both from water and sunlight (fish food quickly goes bad both from light and moisture).
@@MyFirstFishTank That's the problem with this and freshwater hobby, we can rely on fish and plants/corals, being the same, but not so much on equipment, substrates etc. In Poland we mostly build custom stuff for reefing, as saltwater is not very popular here. Great videos :)
hi and thank you for the video very useful I've just ordered the zacro auto feeder for £18 on eBay maybe next do a Video on the best food to use for feeders
My favorite food is the Chroma TDO by reef nutrition and I also use the PE pellet food as well. I have been using the Eheim feeder for quite some time. I like it’s reliability and how many times it can feed per day. If I didn’t have 4 or 5 of them already I’d give the Zacro a try. 😁
Very good video, just what I was looking for! Thank you
Glad it was helpful!

Favorite dry fish food is a toss up between PE Mysis pellets and Panta Rhei Sponge.
Alright alright, I've never heard of the sponge. I'm going to have to check it out right now!
@@MyFirstFishTank I became interested in the food as a sponge replacement for angles and butterflies. They also make a “polyp” food.

Awesome, so glad you found it helpful! And a great suggestion for another video!
Hikari micro pellets have so far been the favorite.
Haven't tried those yet! I think it may be time to do a video on ever type of fish food I can get my hands on!
I think that would be interesting. Great videos BTW.
If your fish like Hikari micro pellets you may want to try Xtreme Aquatic Nano pellets. High quality like Hikari but more cost effective.
Really like the PE mysis pellets and the Priobiotix sinking pellets. I alternate.
I haven't used the protiotix ones. I'll check them out!
Mine is nyos wild goji soft pellets ...enjoy the videos!
Good to know! And thanks for watching!

Glad you think so!
