    For sure vertical climbing has been proven to be most effective, compact footprint, total body, non impact, upper and lower with maximum calorie burn - its awesome!

    the first thing when i hear about good value for time is functional movment, uses variouse muscles at once and gets heart rate up so you can stay in aerobic zone and a bonus is that its low impact, i run but just use cycling as a cross train and its my only option for aerobic fitness to keep in the 150bpm which i id do the same session on a climber but none available at any local gyms
