I cannot be grateful enough for these key observations whilst standing at the pinnacle of spirituality. A slip of awareness can cage us back into this human garment which is far too foolish to compromise. Man can only be humbled by the great compassion and supreme intelligence of this cosmic embodiment Nithyananda.
Looking back and seeing how soooo many topics Swamiji has already covered just by his satsangs is just so sweet!
Wonderful. Solid gold for me.
Thank you Swamiji

First of all i thank u for sharing this with all.
I attended this patanjali yoga sutra live. I saw few part of his teachings were not present in the video and the meditation part is also not available. Can you please make that meditation part also available..
The whole audience on that day were thrown in to silence.. I just enjoyed this meditation like anything. Is there any reason for not sharing the meditation with all?? I feel it will be great if you can share the meditation part also.
Please explain how to destroy ingram's than. I would like to do that and willing to go through process.
listen to completion satsangs of swami...its a meditation process of reliving is releaving...you just have to go to that instance and relive....
