Its a good thing a cop has never told me "its a civil matter" i cant even imagine the cus words that would come out of my mouth at them. Like bro the laws being broken and you do nothing. The least you can do it make everyone stop til the problem is solved.

Im sorry but this whole "its a civil matter" thing is just alaw enforcement excuse to not do their jobs. I mean these people destroyed OPs mother's property, that is literally the definition of trespassing and destruction of private property. That is a criminal matter and thise people need to be held accountable for their crimes.

My sister was entitled brat growing up. As an adult we got into an argument at my pops and step mothers home one Christmas, my pop told us to take it outside, I told him if we go outside I was going to beat the crap out of her like I wanted to when we were growing up, the shock look on my sisters face was rewarding as she refused to go outside to continue the discussion. She learned that night not to push my buttons over my mother.
Final story, the neighbor would need to find a new house that hasn’t been burnt to the ground.
Why couldn't the sister get a taxi or Uber to the concert? Or a friend that wanted to go to the concert to drive? I guess she doesn't have any friends If she's a brat like that.
Once again, destruction of property IS a crime, and isnt just a civil dispute

Story 2 - Some people don't understand words matter. I was in college out in beyond nowhere western US and someone started using the same slur at people like it was a klan rally and everyone was her chum. Everyone with a car noped out, but she didn't drive, so she could either apologize or be left there. She ended up calling another friend to come get them.
Their friend started to scream at us how we were out of line, but when we calmly talked over why we did this...this fiend basically ghosted this girl too. She now sits around smoking all day and delivering pizzas ranting about how everyone else puts down on her for "being real" almost 20 years later.

I can work with anyone. But there are some people that I matter how well nice you are they rub you the wrong way. Then all you can do is tolerate them till you leave or they they do.
