It doesn’t mean that you are mental or insane, when dealing with constant pressure the neurotransmitters in our brain become imbalance, and there’s a treatment for that. So don’t hesitate, remember any mental health issue which is affecting your daily life needs to be addressed and accessed. Don’t hesitate and see your doctor! Ups and downs are part of our life which makes us stronger, wiser and close to Allah. Live happy, keep smiling

Her being heavier compared to other female actresses is no measurement of beauty. Similar sized bidies are too much of the same look. If Zara wants to have a healthy lifestay and consequently gets fit and slims down then that too is fine. Whatever suits her. Nobody, not even viewers have a right to dictate anything on others.
