- Hi guys! Today we share our Korean corn cheese recipe. It's really easy and simple to make. please try at home!
CORN CHEESE (1 PORTION)
INGREDIENTS:
CORN 250gr
BUTTER 1 Tbsp
MAYONNAISE 2 Tbsp
CONDENSED MILK 1 Tbsp
MOZZARELLA CHEESE 50gr
DRIED PARSLEY
BROIL FOR 5-7 MINUTES (200 DEGREE CELCIUS)

I made this! I added a bit of chopped onion. It is so good! I think that I would like to have this corn cheese on top of a baked potato, and I will try this soon.

What kind of mayo is it? I know American mayonnaise is different from Japanese mayo for example. Also could this be mixed ahead of time and then grilled with cheese later?

You can use whatever but it’ll probably be too sweet

you can use sugar instead of condensed milk and maybe cream instead of mayo (or just skip mayo)

What if I dont have oven? Any other way to melt the cheese?
Microwave until the cheese melts or leave it in on the stove and cover it with a lid. You could probably even try melting it with a blow dryer.
Are there any foods you would eat with this normally?
Hi, this is usually appetiser :) but you can definitely eat this with other snacks!
I personally like to eat it with spicy fried chicken

Corn cheese is an anju dish, so it's often eaten in bars, bbqs and diners with side dishes, alcohol, and snacks

Yes, as long as there’s mozzarella in it it should be fine! :)

ur supposed to mix it all together in a bowl and then add it to the pan to cook. also i would never add sweetened condensed milk to corn cheese!!!
This is my version/recipe based on my favourite restaurant in Seoul. The owner told me she used condensed milk to sweeten it up. There is no right/wrong, it's not written in stone. Feel free to follow or not.
