*** Why Hunt Hogs? ***
Our journey into wild/feral hog hunting started like many others living in rural communities. We didn't start hog hunting for fun or sport... we did it because we had to. You see, hogs cause millions of dollars of damage and destruction each year in rural communities and our situation was no different. Hogs were destroying our land and that our of friends and family. The vast majority of hunting stories that you hear about on this channel are hogs, boars and sows, taken from family land... this problem is personal for us...

*** Why Hunt Coyotes and Predators? ***
Coyotes and Predators, similar to hogs, cause financial stress for many families in rural communities. Coyotes kill livestock, plain and simple. Ranchers have battled coyotes killing cattle since the early days of ranching and it costs them dearly. Cattle ranching is a business, the cows aren't pets, every time they lose a calf to a coyote those families lose a paycheck. Cattle ranchers hate coyotes just as much as Farmers hate hogs! We hunt coyotes to protect the livelihood of our friends and neighbors that depend on their cattle business to feed their family...

Thank y'all for watching! Next up is the review of the AGM Neith night vision scope..
Thanks for the call back Hans, im in ohio and we spoke about this optic and the xg50, i like the features of the xg50 but think i need something to scan with on the fly and feel like the xg50 will be alot harder to grab real quick and scan to see why animals are going crazy. So back to the GL35 what would be the next step up for around the 3k-3500 that you would recommend? Thanks again for your help.
I support this channel regardless. Get after it men!
Thanks for watching sir!
sounds like the optic prices are starting to come down. I am getting excited. Thanks for the review Hans.
Thank you sir!
I’m in the market for a thermal in this price range. I’m in Nebraska, where I’m thinking about shots to maybe 200 yards. Which one would you pick between this one and the AGM Rattler 35-384? Is there a huge difference in image quantity.
The specs appear to be the same as the Bolt TL35. Does this have the same exact image quality as the T35, just in a different form factor? The Bolt T35 is now 2.7k. Is the Rico GL35 now the best (purely image quality) or is the Bolt T35 still king of the sub 3k?
This or a talion xg35? I would like an Iray but I like the 640 for such a great price as the talion.
How dose this compare to the adder 384 for coyote hunting
Looking to upgrade from my previous thermal mainly because it went out after 1 year and 1 month after hunting with it (not going to bash the company though). Also trying to stay in the 3,000 dollar range. Having a hard time deciding between the pulsar thermion 2 XQ35 pro and this one. ANY SUGGESTIONS (ANYONE)?

In the price range and size that you want, I would suggest the GL35. Call back if you have more questions
I just bought one and didn’t get the adm mount
Great review! Is the FOV on 3X too tight for under 100-yards if shooting at running hogs/yotes? Do you think a 1X or 2X is a better for more versatility?
Thanks for watching Tim! If your average shot is under 100 yards, I'd say that a 2 power base magnification scope would probably be ideal for you
Now that the r is 3200 I think it’s a no brainer to get that one… about to make the switch from night vision
Ok I need to know ASAP would you buy this over the pulsar talion xq38? This scope is on sale for 2500$ so same price. Can’t decide
Great question and comparison.. The 3x on the iRay is great for Coyote hunters but the Pulsar has many advantages too. If you are interested in purchasing one of this optics, give me a call Monday - Friday at 877-350-1818, and we can discuss further.
Thanks hans. You the best
Do you give a veterans discount? Really would like to find something around the 3 k price point .
Give us a call, 877-350-1818. We can help you decide on an optic
@@HansETXreally hoping to score an i ray bravo.. how much you guys thinking on that?
The factory mount from iray works just fine on ar platforms.
Thanks for watching Drew! You’re the first person to that I’ve ever heard say that it works well on your AR rifle, even the manufacturer suggests a different mount. Glad it works for you though… Everybody else finds that scope either sits way too far back (I guess that’s ok if you have short arms), or it has to be mounted in such a way that it’s not on the upper receiver but on the fore-grip of the barrel (which is not good). We do, however, think that the factory mount is good for bolt action rifles. Thanks for watching!
@@HansETX I haven’t tried the qd mount you referenced in your video. Maybe I am truly missing out on an awesome mount!
How's it mounted on your AR? I was hoping the 'stock' mount would be fine if mounted all the way foreword on the upper receiver's rail.
Just snagged mine new at $1800
Dang I had my list narrowed down to two scopes now it's three lol
😂 call us if you need help!
Does Outdoor legacy have a showroom

Yessir
Rico GL35 seems better than the Bering Optics Super Hogster.
it doesn't have some nice features like rechargeable batteries and the 5 year warranty. thanks for watching and commenting
