I would say it's the same in investments and in anything else. If you give up it's done. My neighboor said that a friend lost a lot of money at Wall Street. Now he is on social security. Why? Why do you have just one source of income? I lost some money, but I didn't give up. Now I make money, I am keeping it and multiplying it. Why I can do this but he can not? To have regrets?

I was unemployed, and with thousands of dollars in debt when I purchased sell or be sold, casually in a mall, I was just looking around, didnt knew him, and I said, "why not", the book has real things you can apply to your life and career, not just motivational bullshit, like that guy that looks like frankenstein I dont remember his name, or bad advice like many finance coaches, I bought many other things from grant and started working, it really helped me to build streams of income, and to like sales, Im just in diapers, but no longer in debt, and already achieved great goals, I already got 5 small streams of income, but trying to find the way for those to be consistent, and after that, finding 5 more, I'm sorry, my intermission, but truth story

I started working for a tax consulting company, gattering clients, they gave me a minimum salary more of a gas support, they didnt give me any salary after some months, just comissions, but I started having clients, after a time I went alone and stopped going to the office, there were problems at that company but I still have clients that give me a small stream of income monthly, after that I started working as an independent bond agent, I got more clients (small and big companies), and made working collaborations in which people give me clients and I give part of the comission, another stream of income, my main now, later I tried with financement too, after that I saw an opportunity and started working for an armoring company, I sold a couple of armored vehicles, they gave me a salary, and good comission for selling $100k + vehicles, after that I became authorized distributor for a cellphone company, I put a shop in a mall, and got another stream of income, along with the other ones, I didnt need to be there as I had a couple of guys working there, now is closed, but I´m planning to open in another mall, and more shops, now I'm about to get the certificate for insurance agent, I´ll get it mostly for companies that ask me a special type of insurance for contracts, and also have a small bank investment, I got money from all of them, and trying to find the way that they are as automatic as posible, for having more time to do another things,all of them the main point is having more and more clients, through the time, Grant Cardone motivation sometimes give me the will power to go out to get clients, and persuasion tips, at the moment of selling, and the whole idea of searching for opportunity, and many many other tips that actually work for mentality and the way you see things, I still have baby money, but I want to stablish my first streams of income, to get into real state, I dont know anything about that, and get more streams, I tried to make a resume,

It’s so funny how debt is viewed as a negative thing, but even the biggest companies have a considerable amount of debt. I believe it’s about having an executable plan to create value that counters debt- not to create revenue, but value. And from value comes unrestricted revenue opportunity. I want billions of dollars of debt as well Grant!

Whenever I say to my parents I have been following up for 3 months with this prospect and that I ain't stopping until I get a "f**k off" or a hard "NO", they told me I was insane and that this is the reason why I will never make it. Since then I never listened to their advice on my company again, and last week (in 5 days) I earned as much as my parents earn combined.

If you have $500 million in debt how your net worth is in millions? I thoughts people who are millionaires don't use debt to buy their needs and wants but rather use the return on their assets to buy those things. I'm 100% sure Grant won't even read this RUclips comment but he has no right making fun of Dave Ramsey.

Grant has 500 milion dolars worth of debt lol, I bet that is a lie wtf.
Yup he does, he has $500M in Real Estate Debt (maybe a little more because he is managing $1.7B worth Assets). He have leveraged that debt to make more money, and using that debt he is able to double his money every single time he sells a property.
This is not good advice lol If it was only about doing the kids in china and africa would be the richest in the World..
