No doubt this Villa is one of the best of the best…. and I absolutely love the concept of NOT walking around the streets but “staying home” and celebrate life…. Again you guys deserve the best for the courage to uproot from the Ozzy way of life and immerse yourself in another culture that celebrates peace and harmony…. Well done
Excellent you show Keramas. This area is fantastic. I Stay at Desa Swan Villas. It is quiet mostly too quiet. However there is a plethora of Resorts and restaurants in the area. Especially the Kaero Park. Old planes done out for dinning. Breman Brewery great place for lunch. Keramas Heritage Farm. Long walks. There is Sababay Winery if you like wine. Keramas is an excellent area for holidays. Awesome video. Did you find anyone to do the laps?
Now this is right up our alley. Maybe not for this years trip as for 20 days I am trying to set a $100 to $200 per night cap on accommodation. But rules were meant to be broken. We call this type of stay a "Flop n Drop"
Hey Bergs, just watched this and we can absolutely recommend it. We spent 10 days there last November and it was bliss. Yes it’s a bit pricey by Balinese standards but it was almost faultless. We had a massage there and while expensive it was worth it just for the pure indulgence of it all. Our main criticism was the same as yours the blessing and curse of remoteness, though it’s easy to organise a taxi from reception. A quick tip for anyone is to walk to the entrance of the hotel and turn left, all of the taxis are there waiting to be called by the hotel and you can get it cheaper 👍🏼 Cheers Chris&Aly
Beautiful resort. It reminds me a bit of the Pan Pacific hotel that used to be in Tanah Lot with a beautiful view at the Tanah Lot Temple. We loved to go there for a 2 night resort holiday. Unfortunately it was demolished about 5 (?)years ago because a mr Trump and a indonesian consortium wanted to built a bigger golf resort so people said. 1000 people unimployed and as far as I know only waste land left. Succes a shame. So enjoy these little trips.😊
Thanks for sharing. We stayed at Sebali Resort in Sebali a couple of years ago with our Balinese "family" for a couple of nights. It was fabulous with our room with an infinity pool overlooking looking terraced ricefields. Luckily Ngurah ( 4th generation down from the freedom warrior who the airport is named after) was able to get as a contra deal otherwise it would have $1,000 (AUD or USD I don't know). 3 bedrooms huge living area. Our room was so massive our could have had a party for 80 people in it. The room had both and bathroom and an outdoor shower. Pity it rained all day both days we were there. There's also another larger Spanish resort in Sebali ( can't remember it's name at the moment) but it has massive gardens and a big infinity pool. Very popular with young Europeans. I felt out of place amongst all those nubile young bodies. We paid $15 to get in. 😊

Where is everyone? 😊
We don’t like to film people that are enjoying their holiday
Hate black sand not really my type of beach
It’s certainly less aesthetically pleasing to the eye! 🫣
