Hello guys. You can drink coconut milk on it’s own. It is very healthy. I like to use frozen fruit and coconut milk together. It’s called a smoothie. You freeze bananas, pineapple, mango or whatever you have and blend it with coconut milk. It’s so good!!

Hi there thank you for trying different cultures I'm jamaican I was watching you making the the rice and peas you did a good job but one thing you should have let the water evaporate more from the rice also those pepper are not jamaican colour jamaican colour is black yellow and green thank you ....also you said you have never tried coconut 🥥 milk it is very good in anything baking desert 🏜 thank you again for our dish I appreciate it
