Pretty sure that Spotify isn't allowed to withhold payouts for more than 364 days according to Swedish law (and they are still registered in Sweden right?).

So I like to mess around with the original recording and see what I can do with it. I've never had anyone complain about this. But I also like to create completely new music.

Emvoice actually came out before the AI boom. I bought it during a Christmas sale in 2021. I wish I didn’t because I found, what I think is the better alternative, Synthesizer V Studio by Dreamtonics (A Japanese company, the voice can sing in multiple languages ) later on. The voices sound much more realistic. Fiver is a great option but if you want to use the same voice on multiple projects it can become expensive. Once you pay for the voice it is yours. Unlike the new AI services, no subscriptions. This technology isn’t replacing singers for me but if I have an idea for vocals and I don’t want to record my substandard voice I can use Synthesizer V to flesh that out. It is just another option really.
It drives me insane when people speed up or slow down music I have written or produced. If we had wanted it at that tempo, if that’s how *our artistic expression* was meant to be, we’d have done it that way.
Sound cloud = Sound Clown 🤡 trust me they don’t give a damn about anybody or they wouldn’t cap the amount of songs you can upload and add 100s of ways to turn indie prods into their consumers rather than people they directly support (tbh all streaming services available have found out the best way to milk their users so it’s just par for the course) but I’ll push uploading everything to RUclips FOREVER BABY!
What's so great about RUclips? Sure, it _is_ free & unlimited, but for how long? We cannot leave ourselves and our work/art fully dependent on any corporation, _especially_ not Google.
