3 hour delay at customs after a 17trillion mile journey would make anyone grouchy lmao
Try it sometime, you'll get it perfectly

Which is under 3 light years. Pretty close on a galactic scale.
If I was there I wouldn't want to touch that thing even if he weren't grouchy. 😨

I always loved how Zed didnt give a shit about the ball in his office but moved his head slightly to avoid it like he was expecting it. "I hate Mondays."
It’s probably common for new agents to do that.

This film is a masterpiece, the CGI mixed with practical still looks great for a 90s film.
it's WAY better than international. that movie was trash and a stain on the franchise.
Killer Bee true
Can't even compared to that garbage.
@@premiumdude8353 That movie does not exist. Its just a poorly written fanfic and we'd do well to forget its existence.
Killer Bee
Let’s just say the 3rd one is the true ending.
I think the funniest part is that while they look annoyed, they clearly don't look surprised. I'm just wondering how many times this has happened to them.
And after all the incidents they didn't think to cover it with glass or something.
Makes you wonder how many rookies got way too curious while they were being shown around
Maybe put a cover on it
@@zozilin Exactly.
What better proof than Z staying calm and just moving his head out of the way. He is already used to it happening every new recruit joining.
Considering everyone's reflexes when it started bouncing around like that, only shows that that has happened more than enough times for them to know how to dodge it and what to expect from it.
The ones that wasn't too quick to dodge it, are the newbies.

"He thought it was funny as hell."
And it really was.
Tje blaclout was funny? How?
@Chris Xentrac I was asking a question, not being a smartass.
@@NeoArashi He probably thought it was funny seeing how much destruction and chaos that ball was causing.
Tiny ball causes wanton death and destruction, what's not funny about it
Basically I think that inthis universe there is an "alien youtube" and the blackout would probably be a video called "I trolled a planet"
1:47 "This thing caused the 1977 New York blackout. A practical joke by the Great Attractor... He thought it was funny as hell."
I laughed pretty hard at this for some reason
I love that K isn't even mad about James touching the ball and causing some minor destruction.
This isn't the first time it happened.
I mean, if they really didn't want that thing being set off every once in a while, they'd have it a touch more secure, don't you think?
@@Blazieth Yeah, I noticed other people make that same comment. The concept is hilarious that they don't keep it more secure.
Wouldn’t be surprised if it broke containment multiple times
The Foundation they are not.
I never realized it until now, but MIB headquarters looks and operates like an airport.
Jon Bilgutay Yes, but they are probably faster when it comes to getting things done.
Jon Bilgutay Technically, it is for beings, beyond our Terrestrial Earth.
Jon Bilgutay Its a "Starport " or " Spaceport ".A place where Starships from other star systems can land. Where Aliens can come to earth and humans can go to other planets by Starships.
My ass also operates like an airport.
It's an Apolitical zone.
Sorry Y'all...it was an accident!
Love that line from Will as he's getting the death stare from all the MIB agents
Rule one should have been "if you don't know it, DONT TOUCH IT."
You can touch it anytime.
Alexis Hood Kinda like to
It's their fault really, they should have had that thing locked up. At my job they yell at you if you put something in front of a fire extinguisher, where's their OSHA?
Ya mean J
Look at Zed. he's completley unfazed
Silverlarkspur87 upvoted for spelling "faze" correctly, unlike the mouthbreathing clowns who always use "phase"
“It seems like that new guy touched that dangerous ball, make that no days since last RRA (Rookie Related Accident)”
UnfaZED xddd
He even dodged it without even looking. o_o
Eleanor Maya I'm not too sure about that. It looks to me like it bounced off his shoulder but I could be wrong.
"Hey, there is this thing that jumps everywhere if touched lets just put it on a stand where it can be easily touched.. "
No body is even arguing with the logic of that statement. 😆😄
I refer you to my previous comment about this exact thing.
The assumption being that it would be possible at all to contain it. All the ball takes is a tiny touch to get started. Imagine it rebounding trillions of times inside a storage container, gaining momentum until it's hard enough to punch a hole through the planet.
@@poisonbonbons8684 A ball lined with an interior lining of Velcro then, like the glove K caught it with.
@@Anurepa We don’t know everything that glove was made out of or if it’s possible to use whatever allows them to catch the ball to make a box to contain it. It’s alien technology.
I just noticed... The guy who say he's only there for lunch is the guy who eventually take lunch with another alien in a later scene.
Never noticed that in 20-something years.
So in the morge when they pointed out that it was him, did you blink every single time?
its these details and foreshadowings that make this movie so much more than just some sci fi blockbuster. its really well written when you think about it and thats probably the reason why it aged so gracefully
Youd notice it if you watched it on vcd...even if it was 480p quality.
He's also The Giant from Twin Peaks.
Your brain is so slow
This scene is so funny every time! “SOMEBODY GET HIM SOME ICE!!!” 😂😂😂
Takes me out everytime
Lol
He needs some milk!
@@tartredarrowchocolate milk to be exact.
Looking back at these old scenes from MIB 1, I realize how ingenious it really is. It's an actual masterpiece that ages like a fine wine. At time of it's release I thought it was kind of corny and that the story and plot was pretty "meh" but now I see how brilliant it is.
Yea, truly a classic that was sorta ahead of its time.
"Human thought is so primitive its looked upon as an infectious disease in some of the better galaxies...kinda makes you proud don't it?"
Lol all day.
All I think of is the matrix when agent Smith was interrogating morphues
That actually does make me really proud. I'm a huge fan of the concept that Earth is essentially Space Australia (i.e. a death world) and that humans are considered extremely durable, dangerous, and/or crazy. I'm also fond of the concept that humans are space orcs, i.e. really good at fighting compared to most other intelligent aliens.
Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg must have had that line in mind when they wrote The World's End.
Unreal Reality youre a dumbass. Stop thinking humans are the center of the universe
@@AAA310 he saying we are the Vikings savages of the universe
1:50 The thing that caused the 1977 NY blackout, is kept in a place where anyone can easily touch accidentally or through curiosity. Great job.
More than 20 years later, and it's still the best by far of all the MIB movies. Can't beat true originality...
Kay: human thought is so primitive that's is considered an infectious disease in other galaxies.
Me as a kid: ha ha ha, that's funny!
Me now: ha ha, that's depressingly accurate...
@MayoChiki
No need to be rude
You don't know our way of life is toxic to other alien civilization standard
@MayoChiki
I'll try not to make it political
There might be some alien civilization thinking our version of democracy is terrible or have been tried
And then our religion might be super weird like we use a torture device as a holy sign or the idea of reincarnation from a human to a dog is bizarre
It’s only accurate if you can compare it to other alien civilizations, which you can’t.
But it’s cool to edgy, though.
How do you know it's accurate?
@@PredatorH2O because there’s people who think the earth is flat, vaccines cause autism, and that there was a pedophile ring run by a shadowy global trafficking organization in a pizza restaurant
1:38 the aliens scream 😂😂😂
I love the universal translator bit, it's always overshadowed by Will Smith about to touch that thing he shouldn't touch.
We are so primitive that we make other species dumber by speaking to them. Funny enough, K's reaction is pride. We are so
dumb and yet that is some how our strength.

i just want to know why is that ball just siting in the open where anyone can touch it.
There's an agent posted outside the door, so I'm guessing you need clearance to get in there.
He just told you, humans are so dumb that we would do something like that.
He did use that strength against the giant cockroach alien, baiting him to waste more time.
well seeing how people are today in the us im not sure hes very far off
I love how they have an elevator which leads to another, much slower, elevator, just so they could have a nice establishing shot of the space.

Yeah it seemed that in this film they were going for actual creature effects, whereas in the later films it mostly focused on the humorous side of the designs, like the Ballchinian in MIB 2.
@@godzillavkk no, it's just because many creatures weren't cgi. All scenes where they went for cgi stand out in bad way - especially the ending.
