We've had some do so in the past - but we're happy to put in the ground work and slowly build our channel! Glad to hear you like our work though, hope you stick along for the ride with us! :)
Im a huge destiny fan and love that you guys have the talent and ability to make these costumes. All i can do is make the ghost in my profile pic. Great work.
I don't played the game or know the characters so I can't say if it's a 100%. But It looks awesome! I really like the details of the (I think leather) scales. And you are all very impassioned talking about your work and working. To see those details and your love you put in your work brings me to say "This is 100%!" Thank you a lot for sharing!
Wow - your words really mean a ton to us! :D We're VERY passionate about what we do and the characters we get to bring to life, and are happy we're able to share this journey with you - Thanks for following and supporting our work!
I love excactly the same: To bring characters of fictional worlds to life or create a fantasy world on my own. The fact to create something that wasn't planned to be realistic in a realistic way with nearly all the functions fascinates my a lot. (Your Doomfist can't charge up [That would be to impressive for my brain :D] but you can move the fingers of the gauntlet and the red lights look like the lights ingame- as an example) To be honest I am jealous because it's my dream to work as a cosplayer and create props out of metal for myself or mostly sell the props for customers. But in Germany I don't think I have the possibility to earn enough money for a living only selling creative and specific props. I have to sell (predominant) "normaly" things, which is not my passion because i am in love with details. :D I am sorry for writing such a long text but I think you could help me to get in this special "creative/ cosplayer" work. First of all I will learn how to work with metal of course. If you are interested to help me, which would be very apreciated!, I could write an e-mail. Thanks a lot for reading!
Just the fact that you guys were working on this is amazing. Of course the Hunter's helmet is the wrong one for this costume, but then again I can also tell that these were the beta stages for the costume. Either way, they look amazing.
There’s a RUclips channel called xieng prod or something like that The guy does all sorts of cosplay stuff with craft foam, doesn’t look TOO complicated, granted I haven’t tried it yet
Lore realistically: some Guardian Armor that surpasses UNSC-spartan armor of their time, to rival that out of forerunner prometheans' builds, to that of more superfantasically immaterial, etc. Real Life: *plastic.* (anyways, ah imagine if most Guardian armor cosplay sets could have been at least like in the Game, but Unfortunately we can't imitate the in-Game Guardian Armor sets too much).
Nice fabrication work. We could've used some of that tech on our Hunter and Dregs! We made due with what we had - repurposed items, styrene sheet and basic hand tools. Checkout ENDGAME our Destiny inspired short film. I made it with two of my 7th grade students and a couple hundred bucks. Let us know what you think.
Why do helmets always have to be super oversized?? Is it because video games make helmets look unnatural? This is a problem I always see with cosplay whether it be someone making an iron man costume the helmet is always oversized. Why is this?? It’s like they make the costumes one size fits all so they have to make everything super big. Even the suit looks kind of baggy as well.
Allot of cosplayers make these free hands and dont have programs to work off of. They make the templates to fit them, and they arent 6ft tall beef cakes lol.
@@JemKadetchy ok but these guys HAVE programs and everything you mentioned and the helmet still looks oversized so your reply didn't answer anything at all
@@vssgamess again, they are not 6ft tall beef cakes. The helmets will always seem big when on small bodies. You can only do so much to scale them to the head. Unfortunetly if you arent physically big enough for the porportions of the rest of the characters body you will end up looking like a bottle head. Happens to halo spartan cosplayers allot too.
Im pretty sure you guys are made of magic.
Thanks XD
You guys should ask the people for whom you create this stuff to promote your RUclips more, damn, this great work and still only at 4k subs :o
