I like your nice honest review. I like my Ursa Minor Camper top much better than a roof top tent. You can enter from the inside and there is no ladder involved. You can also stand up in the vehicle for changing. I have a 60% rear seat delete with a goose gear platform, which makes it easy to get in and out of the vehicle since the driver side rear seat is still installed. You can also drop the top from the inside although before you drive away you have to reattach the front latches from the outside.
@@dab0yhdizzle The connector under the tent is an Anderson SB50 connector. You'll need a cable that goes from whatever connector your panels have to an SB50.
The top clamshell seems to need to be popped out, ie depressed during shipping. You might gain some head room. It will also not retain water on top as much.
It's the way it's molded, assuming for aerodynamics, but yeah, it has a depression in the middle on purpose. If you look at the drone shot in the video, it shows it.
Coming Soon: 18 things I HATE about my Roof Top Tent!!!
On my Naturnest Orion, there's two rings (beside the ladder hooks on each side) that you can hook the shoe bags to.
Thanks for this! Please put more videos about this tent. It’s in my cart just waiting
I have a video premiering Saturday morning, but after that the very next video will be a list of all the things I HATE about this RTT!!! STAY TUNED!
If there's anything specific you want to see, let me know, please.
@@shiftintosunshine where the hate video? lol
@@howweroll7 omgosh it's killing me... it's been 108º here for the last 2 weeks... was waiting for it to cool down get the video inside the tent. lol
Thanks so much for the great review. I'm seriously thinking about buying one of these and you certainly helped my research!!
I'm glad to help and if you have any questions, feel free to hit me back. Rock on! 😎

It's a golden era for camping, tons of options. Thanks for watching and if you have any questions, hit me back! 😎
The port is also supposed to be good for cold weather camping, diesel heater.
How can I connecter working on my tent I have port set solar panel?
@@dab0yhdizzle I think most people put their heaters on a little table below the tent and run a hose from there to the vent port.
@lmt1701 I wanna use for light n charge phone I usually use only heater with power station it's better with ac to dc adapter 30amp
