This was definitely something I needed to hear. It was more confirmation than anything for me. I have been feeling this weird sense of anxiety and worry that I wasn’t sure where it was coming from - like a constant state of feeling “did I forget something?”. Under the full moon, I did a protection ritual and took your advice to do a cord cutting ritual using the method you described in one of your earlier videos. Since, it’s just been this HEAVY energy. I think it’s connected to my ex - that was the deepest spiritually connected relationship I have ever been in, though she brought so much trauma and past wounds into our relationship, as well that it finally took its toll on the connection. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s subconsciously sending her energy towards me as she’s recognizing finally what our connection was and actually meant. I think we were supposed to be each others gift - the answer to our souls manifestation - and she treated it with a lack of empathy, respect, or compassion.
