Since when did wrapping process referred to as modifying. Thats a very simple wrapping process until ans unless u have decided to go for fikter change including the exhaust(muffler) of scooty. Furthermore alot of things comes under modifying process. Wrapping is not one of them

Leo the innocent lion Yess if you paint or wrap different than company colour you have to change the colour on RC book too, if you not RTO will charge you fine but if you do any colour shade of the colour which is on your RC book than they will not charge you fine bcz the colour is same as per on rc book.
