O dear.... u need to spray primer on the bare metal. u cant just directly paint. activa comes with metalic pearl white which is 5 stage painting procedure. u just cant paint one low grade can paint which will not last for a month. polyurethane paints are used for automobile. the one u used is only suitable for table and chairs.... and ur painted surface also had paint running...

By painting in outdoor... It will also capture dust.... Which will affect on the surface of the painting area and in result, it will be less shiny as well as lil bit mixed with dust too.

White color is easy, what about colors like maroon? Hard to find the color.
