We are deep! Look at the crime record for Wilmington, DE. It goes down, Middletown is a melting pot. Transplants from Philly, NJ, & NY. It is a growing area. Wilmington was top 5 per capita for violent crimes three years in a row. I am not glorifying it, but understand that Middletown was country as hell. It is new to growth.
