No, it just rests against the wall underwater. Then you easily pull it out in the fall or winter if you close your pool
Thank you for your helpful video. Could you please comment how to remove a rusty pool ladder beforehand. I removed the bolts and used wd-40, but the chrome ladder will simply not slide out. Help!
