Hi, l live in Malta and l have a 1977 alfetta 1.6 in the original pine green colour. This is my 35th year of enjoyment and still going strong, anyway enjoy your gtv6

Lovely car. I have a red 81 in Texas that is a driver but will be completely renovating soon ( body & paint, 3.0 164S motor and rebuilt Verde transaxle)

A beautiful car Sir. I am fascinated to know how you have made the black trim so shiny and dark. It looks awesome. My GTV6, although it's a very good one, looks nothing like as good as yours. I need your advice on trim presentation! Lol. Any hints gratefully accepted. Thank you for the video. Like you, I have a 916 3 litre as well. Mine is a coupe though. Alfa's. They take over your life don't they?

My favourite Alfa ever! In Australia, the, GTV was extremely popular and a couple of variants were modified and sold in limited numbers to ensure its place in production car racing. Check out the Giocattolo, based on a heavily-modified Alfa Romeo Sprint with a mid-mounted Australian Holden 5 litre V8 engine. The car was built by Tom Walkinshaw racing.
